Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your use of Kadra, including our website, application, client portals, and Chrome extension. By using Kadra, you agree to these terms.
Using Kadra
You are responsible for your account, your workspace, and the content you add to Kadra. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your sign-in details secure, and use Kadra only for lawful business purposes.
Your Content
You keep ownership of the content you add to Kadra. You give Kadra permission to host, process, display, and share that content only as needed to provide the service, including project workspaces, client portals, file storage, product selections, notifications, and support.
Chrome Extension
The Kadra Clipper extension is meant to help you save product selections from pages you choose to review. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to use any product information, images, or page content you save into your workspace.
Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans, trials, billing cycles, and cancellations are shown during checkout or inside your billing settings. You are responsible for any taxes, fees, or charges connected to your subscription. Payments may be handled by a third-party payment processor.
Acceptable Use
You may not misuse Kadra, attempt to access data that is not yours, disrupt the service, upload harmful code, violate others' rights, or use Kadra for illegal, abusive, or deceptive activity.
Service Changes
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of Kadra over time. We may also update these terms. If changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice.
Disclaimers and Liability
Kadra is provided as is and as available. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for every purpose. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Kadra is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
