Kadra helps interior designers manage projects, selections, client approvals, vendors, files, and budgets. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

We collect account information such as your name, email address, studio details, and sign-in information. We also collect the project, client, vendor, file, selection, budget, room, comment, and portal information you choose to add to Kadra.

If you use the Kadra Clipper Chrome extension, it reads product information from the active page only when you open the extension and choose to save an item. This can include the page URL, product title, description, price, images, vendor name, and page metadata.

How We Use Information

We use your information to provide Kadra, save your work, show client portals, process uploads, send account and project-related emails, support billing, improve product reliability, and protect the service from misuse.

Analytics and Diagnostics

We may use analytics and diagnostic tools to understand product usage, page performance, errors, and feature adoption. These tools help us improve Kadra. We do not use analytics to collect client communications or project content for advertising.

Sharing Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information with service providers only as needed to run Kadra, such as hosting, database, storage, email, billing, analytics, and AI-assisted product extraction providers. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect Kadra, our users, or others.

Data Retention and Security

We keep information for as long as needed to provide Kadra, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain backups. We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your Choices

You can update or delete many records inside Kadra. You can also stop using the Chrome extension at any time by removing it from your browser. To request access, correction, deletion, or export of your information, contact us.
