Overview

Kadra helps interior designers manage projects, selections, client approvals, vendors, files, budgets, and consultations. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices available to you. It applies to Kadra's website, application, client portals, and Chrome extension.

Information We Collect

We collect account and studio information, such as your name, email address, studio name, sign-in information, and billing status. We collect payment-related information through our payment processor; Kadra does not receive or store complete payment-card numbers.

We also collect the project, client, vendor, consultation, file, selection, budget, room, board, comment, task, approval, and portal information you or your team choose to add. This may include the names, contact details, and feedback of your clients or other contacts.

If you use the Kadra Clipper Chrome extension, it reads product information from the active page only when you open the extension and choose to save or enhance an item. This can include the page URL, product title, description, price, images, vendor name, and page metadata.

We collect limited technical and usage information, such as browser and device information, IP address, log data, pages or features used, and error reports. We may receive information from service providers that help us authenticate users, process payments, deliver email, host the Service, or measure product performance.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide, maintain, and secure Kadra; save and display your work; operate client portals; process uploads; send account, project, and service emails; process billing; respond to support requests; improve reliability and features; and protect the Service from misuse. We do not sell personal information or use project or client content for targeted advertising.

AI-Assisted Features

When you choose to use AI-assisted product extraction or the Kady assistant, we may send the relevant prompt, product-page content, or other information you submit to an AI service provider to generate the requested result. We use this information only to provide the feature and do not use it to train Kadra's own models. Please do not submit sensitive personal information or confidential material unless you are authorized to share it for this purpose.

Analytics and Diagnostics

We use analytics and diagnostic tools to understand product usage, page performance, errors, and feature adoption. These tools help us improve Kadra. We do not use analytics to collect client communications or project content for advertising.

Sharing Information

We share information with service providers only as needed to run Kadra, including providers for hosting, database and file storage, authentication, email, billing, analytics, diagnostics, and AI-assisted features. We may also share information with members of your studio, people who receive a client portal link you share, or others at your direction. We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect Kadra, our users, or others.

Data Retention and Security

We keep information for as long as needed to provide Kadra, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain backups. When a subscription ends, we may retain account and workspace information for a reasonable period before deletion, unless a longer period is required for legal, security, or backup purposes. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no online service can be completely secure.

Your Choices

You can update or delete many records inside Kadra and can remove the Chrome extension from your browser at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or export of your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, email hello@kadra.design from the address associated with your account. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
