Pricing questions
What is coming next?
Service invoices and Stripe-hosted card payments are available now. Purchase orders and delivery tracking are planned for a future release.
Can I invoice clients for design work?
Yes. Send invoices for consultations and design services, including deposits and later payments. Clients pay by card on Stripe’s hosted invoice page. Your studio needs an eligible Canadian or US Stripe account, and Stripe’s processing fees apply.
Are imports, the product library, and templates included in both plans?
Yes. Solo and Studio both include a reusable product library, task and project templates, and CSV/XLSX imports for clients, vendors, and library products. Import up to 1,000 rows per file, review possible duplicates, and choose changes before saving.
Can I source from vendors in CAD and USD?
Yes. Set a vendor default and choose the source currency on each selection. Keep vendor prices separate from purchase costs and client prices in the project currency. You enter converted costs yourself; Kadra does not apply automatic exchange rates.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Try Kadra free for 14 days with the seats included in your selected plan: 1 with Solo or 2 with Studio. No credit card is required to start your trial.
How do I get started?
Choose a plan and create your account whenever you are ready. You can start on your own, with no required call or guided onboarding process.
Is Kadra available in my country?
Kadra is open to studios based in Canada and the United States for now, and we plan to add more countries later. If you’re elsewhere, leave your email at signup and we’ll let you know.
Can I add more people to Studio?
Yes. Studio includes 2 users, and you can add more for $20 per user each month. Extra seats stay on the same subscription and billing date.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Start with Solo and move to Studio from Billing whenever you are ready to bring a team into Kadra.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Manage your subscription from Billing and cancel whenever you need to.
Do clients need an account?
No. Clients open a secure client access link to review mood boards, selections, and files. They do not need a Kadra login.
